Selected Work
Products and systems that power modern virtual care.
Creating a Virtual Clinic
I designed the clinical and operational foundation that turned Starlight into a virtual clinic, including referral pathways, insurance intake, clinical visits, RPM billing workflows, and EHR-aligned handoffs.
The Clinician Experience
I reimagined the internal platform behind every care-team workflow: communication tools, RPM dashboards, HEDIS tracking, and global patient views that help clinicians work with clarity.
The Patient Experience
I rebuilt the patient journey from onboarding to device setup to long-term engagement, reducing friction for older and tech-averse patients while keeping safety and support visible.
Operating Pattern
How I create momentum.
Designing End-to-End Healthcare Experiences
I map care journeys across patients, clinicians, and operations, then translate the messy parts into workflows, scripts, and tools that teams can actually use.
Bridging Product, Clinical Ops, and Engineering
I work fluently across product, UX, data science, marketing, engineering, and clinical operations so requirements stay grounded in how care is delivered.
Turning Ambiguity Into Structure
Whether the starting point is a vague business goal or an undefined care model, I break it into steps, align stakeholders, and create a path teams can follow.
Zero-to-One Execution That Drives Outcomes
I take ideas from concept to launch by validating quickly, collaborating deeply with clinicians and engineers, and shaping details until the product works.
