Hi, I’m Stephanie.
For the past 7 years, I’ve been building products and programs that make healthcare easier for patients, providers, and the teams who support them. I’ve designed patient journeys, strengthened provider workflows, partnered with health systems, and shaped the internal tools that keep teams moving with clarity and confidence.
My work lives at the intersection of product development, user experience, clinical operations, and service design… building systems that scale without breaking the human connection that makes care actually work.

PRODUCTS AND SYSTEMS THAT POWER MODERN VIRTUAL CARE.
CREATING A VIRTUAL CLINIC
I designed the clinical and operational foundation that turned Starlight into a virtual clinic. This included creating referral pathways with health systems, building a transparent intake and insurance process, shaping the New Patient Visit with our NPs, establishing compliant RPM and billing workflows, and integrating our work into providers’ EHRs.
THE CLINICIAN EXPERIENCE
I reimagined the internal platform that powers every part of our care team’s workflow. I designed the full experience from the database up, including communication tools, RPM dashboards, HEDIS tracking, and the Global Patients View. Gladstone gives coaches and clinicians the clarity, data, and structure they need to support patients with confidence.
THE PATIENT EXPERIENCE
I rebuilt the patient journey from onboarding to device setup to long term engagement. My work focused on reducing friction for older, tech adverse patients, building automated outreach, simplifying the app and portal, and designing alerting models that keep patients safe. The result was a smoother, more human experience across both Kannact and Starlight.
